Amazon and other large, well-known American companies are changing their work policies to require the workers to come back to the office all five weekdays. Some support this, while others condemn it.
In the midst of all this, Spotify, a popular company among young people, reiterated that they’ll continue to offer full teleworking to those who want it, just as they always have. As you can see, they are not shifting their axis. This is likely to attract talented young people who will appreciate this flexible working style. We’ll see.

その中で、若者に人気のSpotifyは、今まで通りに完全テレワークを希望者には続けるぜ、と改めて表明しました。さすが、軸がぶれてないですよね。これは、この柔軟な勤務形態を良しとする優秀な若い人材を引き付けることにはなりそうです。
